Material Properties:
3mm thick aluminum composite panels are a lightweight, highly durable and strong substrate that is available in many different finishes. Aluminum composite comes in single sided and in double sided sheets; they are typically constructed out of a thermoplastic core sandwiched between two sheets of aluminum. Can be used indoors and outdoors for many different projects.

It can be easily fabricated into custom shapes, and is easily drilled, bent, formed or routed for many custom sign applications. Aluminum composite panels can be printed to directly and they are also ready for vinyl and paint applications.

Typical uses include commercial, industrial, informational and directional signs. Most common installations are directly to walls, attached to an aluminum tube frame for support or in small (max 4 ft wide) post & panel signs. Larger post & panel signs (up to 10 ft wide) can be made using 6mm aluminum composite panels.
